A journey of revival, From Sorrow to Light offers a reflection on the two contrasting ideas of distress and renewal, both universal in experience and yet so personal in expression.. Featuring Eric Whitacre's When David Heard, and works on the theme by Kristen Broberg, Edie Hill, James MacMillan, and Chicago native Ted Hearne, just to name a few, this concert is at once contemplative and celebratory.

Music Director Search finalist Christopher Windle leads 24 unaccompanied voices in a program exploring both the shadows and the light of our collective human experience..
